At TommaTech, we offer brand new solar panels with multi busbar cell technology in cell architecture resulting in highly efficient panels for your needs. The multi busbar technology increases the efficiency of the solar panels with its new generation cell structure by minimizing both optical and electrical losses in the panel through reduced currents and smaller, round ribbons in the solar cells.
MULTI BUSBAR TECHNOLOGY
Following the latest trends in solar energy sector, TommaTech® manufactures multibusbar solar panels with higher yields on smaller areas. For example, our 9BB modules include 9 bus bars which are the silvery rods silk screen printing on the front surface of the solar cell, collecting the electrons in the cells and conducting them to the junction box. Compared to common solar panes, 9BB solar panels collect significantly more electrons, resulting in higher yields.
Bifacial modules generate solar energy from both sides of the panel. While traditional opaque backsheet panels are single-sided, bifacial modules reveal both the front and back of solar cells.
When bifacial modules are installed on a highly reflective surface (such as a white TPO roof or a floor with light colored stones), bifacial solar panels can generate up to 30% additional electricity due to the extra power generated from the rear of the panel.
MONO PERC CELL TECHNOLOGY
Monocrystalline solar panels, made of single- (mono) crystal cells offer more power on the same area, thus reducing the number of panels for your solution as well as the installation time, materials and cost. The PERC technology reflects already transmitted solar radiation back into the cell, giving it a second chance to be converted to electricity, thus increasing the output of the solar panel.
FLEXIBLE SOLAR PANEL TECHNOLOGY
The new generation flexible panels produced by TommaTech® are one of the latest in solar panel technology. TommaTech flexible solar panels can be installed on curved surfaces without compromising on the efficiency.
Flexible panels are ideal for boats, yachts, caravans, automobiles etc. It has been specially designed to adapt to surfaces with restricted, specially shaped or curved areas (up to 30°). In addition, since flexible panels are lighter than other panels, they are ideal for installations on roofs that cannot bear heavy loads.
With the BIPV (Building Integrated PhotoVoltaic) solar panel family, TommaTech® enables new ways to utilize any available area for a maximum clean and free solar power generation. Designed by our team of experienced German engineers, we offer standardized BIPV solar panels of different sizes with 220Wp, 280Wp and 390Wp and are additionally looking forward to manufacture further solar panels tailored to your needs.
On-Grid inverters convert solar DC energy to AC electric energy to be sold to the national power supply or consumed by connected loads.
Hybrid inverters operate like On-Grid inverters and can store excess solar energy in a battery bank to sell it later or feed connected loads during a power cut.
Off-Grid inverters store excess solar energy in a battery bank to support the solar panels during periods of reduced irradiation and to power connected loads at night. Unlike Hybrid inverters, they can not sell electricity to national power supply.
Power inverters charge a battery bank from an AC power source to bridge power cuts in national grid and reduce fuel consumption.
